Dana’s Dangerous Democracy versus Our Good Republic

During the Nov 2020 presidential election cycle, Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson used old purged poll books to mail out 7.7 million absentee ballot applications (where, according to the Senate report linked below, "the original mailing appeared to be not set up to return to the secretary of state to at least inform them of undeliverable applications"). See Page 10 Section 2 entitled Unsolicited Absentee Voter Ballot and Application Mass Mailings in the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee Report on the November 2020 Election in Michigan.

SOS Benson was also found guilty in a court of law of violating Michigan Election Law Administrative Procedures Act by giving guidance to election workers that "watered down" absentee ballot signature verification procedures. You might ask why isn’t Michigan AG Dana Nessel indicting SOS Jocelyn Benson who has clearly harmed the principles of secure elections instead of indicting 16 Michigan citizens who chose to stand up against this type of election procedures abuse? It is because temporarily-seated AG Nessel believes in The Dangerous Democracy rather than in The Good Republic.

And now We the Good People of the Great State of Michigan are witnessing our State's use of the kind of kangaroo court tactics heretofore found only in places like the Land of The Stasi (the Secret Police of East Berlin, Germany).

Are we now supposed to believe that these 16 Michigan citizens are going to get a fair trial in Marxist-occupied Michigan? I don’t think so.

It would be nice if the Michigan 16 were to demand and be entitled to a change of venue; let’s say from Michigan to Florida or Texas where they might be able to find some good old-fashioned American-Style Justice.

Or better yet, they need to stay in Michigan and We the People need to work under the Rule of Law Foundational Principles of the REPUBLIC for which we stand to beat back this Damsel of Dangerous Democracy and her actions which are clearly outside of the republican form of government to which each State is entitled to under US Constitution Article 4 Section 4.

The truth of the matter is that when a person who is elected to temporarily hold a position of limited delegated authority within a State government abuses their delegated authority via democratic means (i.e., the two-wolves-and-one-sheep vote on what’s-for-dinner concept), it is the Right and the Duty of The People to exercise their fundamental rights of free speech and petitioning government for a redress of grievances. That is exactly what the Michigan 16 did when they filed an alternate slate of electors for a still hotly-contested election and that is what We the People must do now to protect our Michigan Republic.
