Before 2021, it was believed we made it too hard for Michigan residents to set aside their criminal records after some reasonable period of time.
Beginning in April 2023, records for hundreds of thousands of persons will potentially be automatically expunged and sealed under Public Act 190 and unavailable to law enforcement responding to new crimes or conducting investigations. Residents can have up to three felonies and an unlimited number of misdemeanors expunged from their criminal history. And they don't even need to be in our country legally!
This is a disaster for the people of Michigan.

The latest whisper is about the newest member of the #Michigan House Freedom Caucus. He is already making a name for himself. He boldly declares he will not participate in creating the daily sewage seeping from the Capitol rotunda.
While he is one of the youngest representatives, it isn’t just Josh Schriver’s 30 years old age that makes him stand out. It is an outrageous crime against every legal Michigan voter that 173,602 Voters and their Votes were removed from the 11/3/2020 election results data, and 101,352 Voters and their Votes were delayed in being added to the 11/3/2020 election results data that was reported on the 1/1/2023 Qualified Voter File. It is not at all surprising that we see the same disturbing pattern of voters (and their votes) removed and delay-added to the election data from the most recent 11/8/2022 election as well. It is time We the People put an end to this Spider Web of Election Deception.
